How to Root Zenfone 5

Step 1. Download Zenfone Root file from end of post.

Step 2. Extract downloaded file on your PC.

Step 3. Now Enable USB debugging feature on your device from Settings > Developer option. If Developer option not available in your settings you can enable it from Settings > About > Software Information and click 7 to 8 times Build number for enable developer option.

Step 4. Now Connect your Zenfone with your PC using data cable.

Step 5. Open Zenfone Root folder that you extracted on your PC, and double click on Root file.

Root Zenfone 5 in 3.24.40.87 [WW - TW] Lollipop Firmware

Step 6. After Click on root file it will open commend windows on your screen. Now press any key to continue and Wait to finish it. Dont disconnect your Zenfone data cable in root process.

How To Install TeamEOS on Zenfone 2

Step 1. Make sure you are rooted.

Step 2. Make sure youre running a proper working custom recovery. If you are not install custom recovery on your phone. Please first install it by your self.

Step 3. Download and Copy Gapps and TeamEOS ROM to your SDCard.

Step 4. Boot into Recovery.

Step 5. Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution.

Step 6. Flash TeamEOS.

Step 7. Flash Gapps zip from SDCard.

Step 8. Reboot, First boot may take up to 10 minutes.

How to UNBRICK Asus Zenfone 4

Step 1. Install Intel USB drivers on your pc.

Step 2. Make sure your phone is fully charged. (Charge it even if it is bricked).

Step 3. Press and hold power + volume up button to enter fastboot mode. Now connect your phone to pc.

Step 4. Extract the ADB Fastboot Tool.

Step 5. Place the recovery.img and Full Firmware in ADB folder.

Step 6. In ADB folder, hold shift then right click and choose "Open command window here".

Step 7. In the command window type the following commands one by one,

fastboot devices (To check whether the phone is connected to pc)

fastboot flash recovery recoveryfilename.img (Enter the recovery file name exactly)

Step 8. Now choose "Recovery" in fastboot mode.

Step 9. When Android logo appears, press and hold volume up + volume down for few seconds to enter recovery mode.

Step 10. In recovery mode, choose "Update from ADB".

Step 11. Now in command window type the following command

adb sideload firmwarename.zip (Enter the downloaded firmware name exactly)

Step 12. Now wait for the flashing process to complete.

Step 13. In recovery mode, wipe cache and data and finally reboot.

Recovery adalah sebuah perintah kecil yang terpisah dari sistem Android yang berguna untuk melakukan update maupun reset. Tujuan dengan adanya recovery pada android sendiri adalah untuk menyediakan fitur reset ketika Android dalam keadaan tidak dapat boot atau lebih dikenal dengan bootloop.

Sebagai contoh yang sering ditemui ketika mengunlock bootloader pada Nexus 10, perangkat akan mengalami hang ketika booting. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, reset dapat dilakukan melalui recovery.

Sebenarnya android sudah menyediakan recovery bawaan yang biasanya dapat diakses dengan menahan tombol volume dan power button. Namun, terdapat custom recovery ClockWorkMod (CWM) buatan pihak ketiga yang dikembangkan oleh Koushik Dutta yang kerap digunakan rekan sesama pengguna Android yang sering melakukan oprek pada Androidnya. Dan yang satu lagi adalah TeamWin Recovery Project (TWRP).

How to Root Remix OS

Download RMX Tools for PC from end of post link given.
Extract RMXTool. Zip on your PC using WinRAR.
Open RMXTool folder, then double click to open RMXtools.
Now Click on Browser button from upper right corner and select system.img file from remix OS partition.
Once system.image file selected, Press Extract (system. img) button from below.
Once it shows Extract finish success, Now Press Root button (system.img) and it will prompt to select folder system_. Now Select extracted system_ folder.
Once its selected, Finally, press Repack button (system.img). And wait it finished it.
Once it finishes, Open Remix OS partition drive, then delete system file and rename repack to the system.
Now Reboot your PC, Open SuperSU Application from the menu.
Now SuperSU show "The SU binary needs to be updated. Continue?" Tap on Continue button and then Normal button.
After finishing it will ask reboot.

How to Increase Internal Storage

Open RMXTool.
Now Click on Browser button from upper right corner and select data.img file from remix OS partition.
Once data.image file selected, Swap left to right to expand the internal storage size.
Once you finally select new size, Just Press Expand button.
Wait it to finish it.
Run Remix OS and check the internal storage, from settings > Application Manager.
