There are more out there but these are the ones I have tried. They are my choices, they have free packages and you can know when the recipient of your email reads it without them knowing you tracked it.

No one else can read your WhatsApp chat as WhatsApp gets end to end encryption

Completely everything on WhatsApp is now encrypted end-to-end irrespective of the operating system you are using.
